Ordering Information

Our stock plans are broken into price codes based on the total finished square footage. Unfinished basements, garages, porches and patios are not included in the square footage.

Construction documents: You will receive five sets of plans with your purchase. Additional copies can be provided for $50.00 per set. A reproducible master copy printed on vellum can be provided for an additional $200.00.

IRC Engineering : The plans on this website have been designed to the latest IRC requirements at the time of design, however each municipality and State have individual requirements which must be considered by local engineers. For the State of Utah, Habitations, a VH Design, Inc. Company, can provide engineering for a reasonable fee. Please contact us for an engineering price quote.

Ordering:

When you have decided to order one of our plans, you may click on the "$ Click to purchase this plan" link  on the rambler or two story search page. This will take you to an order form that you can order online by credit card -or- you can print out and return to us by mail or fax. If you would rather purchase the plan in another way, please make note of the plan number (e.g. R1881; TS2255) and contact us by one of the following methods.  We will let you know of the availability of the plan and work out a method of payment.
